If you’ve been hanging out to see Amy Shark performing live, and don’t live near a capital city, yours prayers have now been answered, with the chart-topping muso announcing a regional tour today.
If there’s one thing that we’ve seen proven over the last few years, it’s that Australians absolutely adore Amy Shark.
Having burst onto the scene with ‘Adore’ back in 2016, the good news has kept on coming for Shark, with her Night Thinker EP hitting #2 on the ARIA charts, and her Love Monster album topping it.
Add in a few ARIA awards, and singles that are just too good to ignore, and you’ve got an artist that this country’s music-lovers just can’t get enough of.

As usual though, this year has been a pretty busy one for the stunning muso, having wrapped up a tour of the country just a couple of months ago. However, if you’re one of her dedicated fans not within range of a capital city, there’s good news on the way, with Amy Shark announcing a run of regional tour dates today.
Kicking off in Newcastle this October, Shark will hit up venues around Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and even the ACT, providing her fans on the east side of the country with some long-awaited performances.
“So many parts of regional Australia have backed me since my first Night Thinker EP,” Shark explains of the tour.
“I’m really looking forward to travelling around this beautiful country and repaying everyone who’s supported me from the start.”
At this stage, there’s no word as to whether the fans over in Western or South Australia will receive some dates in the near future, but whatever the case, we’re sure Amy Shark will be making a welcome return sooner rather than later.
Tickets to Amy Shark’s upcoming tour go on sale from Thursday, August 13th, so be sure to get in quick!
