The people behind Stereosonic have just announced a new festival set to hit Australia in November this year. FestivalX promises a lineup stacked with hip-hop, dance, and pop music, and will be touring the country in late November through early December.

The festival is backed by Hardware and Onelove, – the promoters behind Stereosonic – as well as touring giant Live Nation. Whilst details on the festival are scarce outside of dates, Junkee reports Richie McNeill of Hardware promises “awesome musical artists, stage designers and builders responsible for some of the most spectacular looking stage designs at Electric Daisy Carnival, ID&T”.

FestivalX is being described as an affordable and exciting opportunity for music fans to see the best new artists showcased over one day. They’re also promising a big lineup featuring Grammy, ARIA, and Billboard award winning artists.
