Beabadoobee has announced that she’ll be touring Australia and New Zealand for the very first time this year.

The popular indie pop star will tour the two countries in September in support of her forthcoming second studio album Beatopia. Beginning in Auckland on September 7th, she’ll then hit some of Australia’s most iconic venues, including Sydney’s Enmore Theatre and Melbourne’s Forum, before finishing the tour at The Tivoli in Brisbane on September 11th (see full details below).

“I’m soooo excited to be playing in Australia and New Zealand,” the singer says about the upcoming tour. “I love all my fans there and I’ve been waiting to get over for a long time! It will be my first time visiting and I’m honoured I’ll be getting to play you guys tracks off my new album Beatopia live in person, I hope the crowds are WILD!”

Early access to tickets will be available by signing up for the pre-sale here. Pre-sale begins this Thursday, April 7th at 10am local time. Tickets to the general public then go on sale on Friday, April 8th at 10am local time.

Beatopia is set for release on Friday, July 15th, via Dirty Hit, and can be pre-ordered here. The album has been described as a fantastical yet deeply personal world that was formed in the imagination of a 7 year old beabadoobee and has been carried with her ever since. Beabadoobee has previously shared the lead single from Beatopia, ‘Talk’, and recently performed the track at BBC 6 Music Festival.
