Bliss N Eso have announced a tribute show for Johann Ofner, with all proceeds going into a trust for his daughter.
Ofner was fatally shot on the set of a Bliss N Eso video last month.
The tribute show will take place on March 3, at the Coolangatta Hotel, with support from Dex and Boy Graduate. All participants have waved their fees; in addition a t-shirt will be for sale at the show, to raise extra funds.
“The past few weeks have been some of the toughest times we’ve ever been through both individually and as a band”, Bliss N Eso write in a statement.
“It has been a constant roller coaster of emotions and we really appreciate all the ongoing support from our friends, family and loyal fans. We continue to offer our support to the family and friends of Johann Ofner who tragically passed away on the set of our music video.
“We are thankful for his family’s blessing in allowing us to put on this tribute concert, to celebrate the life of this amazing man and loving father.”
