“There’s a new day rising outside my door” sings Cameron Baines on the new Bodyjar single, but the thing about new days is they can feel mighty familiar, which is, thankfully, the case for Bodyjar’s new single, ‘Burning It Down For Nothing’
This song sounds like it could have been one of their turn-of-the-century singles, which is certainly intended as a compliment (and I don’t mean turn of the 19th century, despite the below sepia-stained artwork.)
The track is the first taste of the band’s EP Terra Firma, which is out October 13.
