Boy & Bear, Boo Seeka and Kim Churchill are joining forces for a run of NSW coastal shows in January 2027, taking their music beyond the capital cities for the Sucker for Summer tour.

Announced on Tuesday, 27 October, the tour brings together three established Australian acts for a series of summer performances, with confirmed stops including Kingscliff, Old Bar, Kiama, Erina, Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.

According to the official tour announcement, Boy & Bear will headline the shows following the December 2025 release of their album Tripping Over Time. The five-time ARIA Award winners will draw on a catalogue that includes Moonfire, Harlequin Dream and Limit of Love.

Joining them are indie-electronic act Boo Seeka, who recently released Cigarettes On Sundown. The band previously toured alongside Boy & Bear, making this another opportunity for fans to catch the two acts on the same bill.

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kim Churchill completes the line-up, bringing his acoustic folk sound to the coastal venues.

Rather than concentrating on the usual capital-city stops, Sucker for Summer will take the three acts through regional communities along the NSW coast, offering local audiences the chance to catch all three on one bill.

The announcement describes the tour as a celebration of live music and the Australian summer.
