Bret Michaels of Poison and Pamela Anderson sex-tape fame is suing an event promoter over what he claims was a breach of contract.
The orange-skinned rocker turned up to the venue he was due to perform at two weeks ago to find it deserted, as it had been postponed without notice.
Michael Banks from Aloha Entertainment claims the show was postponed due to Michaels’ prior TV appearance obligations. After the cancelled appearance, fans demanded a refund and the situation turned into a media shitstorm, with Banks allegedly making defamatory statements about the singer and exposing him to public contempt and ridicule. If that’s the case, he should be suing ‘Celebrity Apprentice’, ‘America’s Got Talent’ and Pamela Anderson as well.
