Regional Victorian festival By The Meadow returns with its 6th instalment. The festival has just announced the second instalment to its lineup. Virginian indie rock prodigy Lucy Dacus will lead the charge, marking her Australian debut. Garage-blues act The Murdocs will also be bringing their magic to By The Meadow stage.
