This latest addition ‘Called Out In The Dark’ seems to have a Snow Patrol-esque song title – instantly creating ideas of longing and similar subject matter, however as soon as the song starts, you question whether it is in fact the same band. The song strays away from the traditional alternative rock band sound and instead is replaced with electronic sounds and the track sounds overly produced, particularly in comparison to Snow Patrol favourites ‘Chasing Cars’ and ‘Hands Open’.
