Australians have had a love affair with Clutch ever since they first touched down in 2006. Headline tours and appearances at Soundwave and Meredith Music Festival followed and now, Clutch are embarking on a mammoth East Coast tour with Aussie legends the Cosmic Psychos.
These will be Clutch’s largest Australian shows to date, all in celebration of their new LP, Psychic Warfare. Much like their performances, the album goes straight for the throat and takes no prisoners, continuing Clutch’s untouchable record of assertive, powerful rock music.
Working again with acclaimed producer Machine, this time in Austin Texas, Psychic Warfare bears the same precise arrangements and concussive musical energy that made Earth Rocker one of the best releases of 2013.
Meanwhile, the Cosmic Psychos have been Australia’s foremost punk rock exponents for 30 years. Blazing a trail that Aussie bands still walk to this day, the Cosmic Psychos have influenced countless bands around the world, including Pearl Jam and Mudhoney.
