Lee Kernaghan (pictured) and Felicity Urquhart are the leading nominees for the 2020 Toyota Golden Guitar Awards.
The nominees for all categories were announced at the Seymour Centre in Sydney today.
The awards will take place on Saturday January 25, 2020 at the end of the Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Kernaghan, who released the chart topping album Backroad Nation in May is a finalist in eight categories including the coveted TOYOTA ALBUM OF THE YEAR and MALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR awards.
Urquhart will also contend for eight categories including TOYOTA ALBUM OF THE YEAR for Frozen Rabbit and FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR.
Sara Storer is also a leading nominee with seven nominations.
While international sensation Morgan Evans has been nominated for four awards ahead of his just announced ARIA Awards performance next week.

Coming in with three nominations is Amber Lawrence, Brad Butcher, Luke O’Shea & Lyn Bowtell, and The Wolfe Brothers.
Brad Cox, Blake O’Conner, Ashleigh Dallas, Gina Jeffreys, Allan Caswell, Michael Waugh, Busby Marou, Cornell & Carr, and Kevin Bennett & The Flood have two each.
