This week, one of country music’s most gifted songwriters will embark on an Australian tour. Jim Lauderdale will be bringing his ‘From Another World Tour’ to stages across Australia’s East Coast.

To celebrate, we’re taking a moment to reminisce on Lauderdale’s stunning performance at CMC Rocks. Check out a live video of Lauderdale and his band performing his track ‘Hole In My Head’ to a humble crowd of 24,000.

Lauderdale wrote ‘Hole In My Head’ alongside fellow Americana contemporary Buddy Miller. The song was then recorded by the Dixie Chicks and featured on their landmark 1999 record, Fly.
