Iconic Brisbane rockers Custard have announced a run of tour dates for September of this year.

Having formed in Brisbane back in 1990, Custard quickly became favourites of the Aussie rock scene, releasing classic tunes such as ‘Apartment’, ‘Music Is Crap’, and ‘Girls Like That (Don’t Go For Guys Like Us)’, and even appearing in numerous Hottest 100 countdowns over the years.

After breaking up in 1999, the group reformed in 2009 and released their first album in 16 years, Come Back, All Is Forgiven, in 2015. Following the release of their latest album, The Common Touch, last year, the group hit the road again, and have spent some time over back in May playing shows with the likes of Screamfeeder, The Mavis’s, and more.

Now, the Aussie favourites have announced a short run of dates for September of this year.

Kicking off at St. Kilda’s Prince Bandroom on September 7th, the group hits Castlemaine the next night, before tackling Adelaide and Perth the week after.

Custard have also noted that “they probably won’t play any other shows for a while” following these dates, so make sure you don’t miss out on seeing one of Brisbane’s finest indie rock groups in action in a few months.
