Have you missed  the Justin Hawkins’outlandish get-ups and  falsetto belting? Don’t worry, so have we and boy do  have we got some great news for  fans of The Darkness.

Everyone’s favourite glam-rockers  have announced this morning via their Facebook page that they’ll be embarking on a monster world tour which will see them hitting Aussie shores come April next year.

Hitting up Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, the British four-piece are set to rock everyone right out of their  stadium seats and have them moshing in their bit-too-tight pants.

The band’s  Let Them Eat Cakes tour comes in support of their thirs studio album, Hot Cakes which dropped earlier this year. A Tone Deaf  reviewer called the album “a great comeback for the UK quartet”, and we’ve got no doubts the tour will be much the same.

The band have previously proclaimed their love of Aussie audiences and seem to like making a habit of visiting us here in the Southern Hemisphere having travelled down our way in May of this year including a show at The Palace, which had everyone on their feet and screaming for the rockers.

Not all details have been released yet, but we’ve no doubt the foursome will let us know of their impending arrival shortly.
