Despite announcing that they were playing their final show of the year back in November, Brisbane alt-rock duo DZ Deathrays have revealed that they are in fact playing a last-minute show tonight at Frankie’s Pizza in Sydney.
This news comes hot off the heels of their announcement as part of the bill of Hyperfest, as well as headlining I Oh You’s Melbourne Music Week showcase in mid-November.
After the critical acclaim of their sophomore full-length, Black Rat, DZ Deathrays have since gone on to become one of the most popular live acts in the local music scene, and have teased the idea behind releasing some new music sometime next year.
Between their immense live energy as well as the promise of new music to come, fans in the area have no excuse to catch DZ Deathrays performing with Bully at Frankie’s Pizza tonight. The best part of all? It’s free.
