In case you haven’t heard, DZ Deathrays and Dune Rats are helping North America get totally cooked at the moment. And judging by the way this election is going, they could really use it.
However, as Murphy’s Law would have it, they’ve gone and gotten stranded on LA’s iconic Sunset Boulevard. As you can see in the Instagram post below, they’ve had a slight tour bus mishap.
DZ shared a rather comical video of their poor tour bus street-bogged in the middle of Sunset, with the sounds of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s ‘Proud Mary’ playing in the background.
The clip apparently got the attention of a few of their buddies in the Australian music scene, including The Smith Street Band, who commented: “We literally just did the same thing. Rock it sideways!”
Meanwhile, DZ’s record label, I OH YOU, simply called the situation “Incredible” and even less helpful were Luke Boerdam and Luke Henery from Violent Soho, who just left a bunch of laughing emojis.
