Following revelations made by Esme Bianco in February that Marilyn Manson ‘chased her with an axe’ and ‘cut her with a knife’, the Game of Thrones star has officially filed a lawsuit against Manson accusing him of rape.

Though multiple women have spoken out about the sexual abuse they endured from Manson, Bianco is the first to actually file a lawsuit.

The papers which were filed on Friday April 30th, American time, claim that Manson violated laws in California for sexual assault and battery as well as human trafficking. The claim says that Manson “used drugs, force, and threats of force to coerce sexual acts from Ms. Bianco on multiple occasions.”

Manson’s attorney, Howard King, broke his silence on this matter earlier this morning and claims that there is no truth behind the accusations.

“These claims are provably false. To be clear, this suit was only filed after my client refused to be shaken down by Ms. Bianco and her lawyer and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that simply never occurred. We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail,” King told TMZ.

The documents obtained by TMZ claim that the pair met in 2005 and were involved in a relationship from 2009 until 2011. The docs claim that during this time Bianco endured constant abuse, including sleep deprivation, verbal abuse and tantrums if she expressed discomfort over the “violent and sexually graphic films” he allegedly played in his apartment.

In February, Bianco opened up on her experience with Manson in an interview with The Cut. She told the publication that the singer cut her torso with a knife during their relationship.

“I just remember laying there, and I didn’t fight it, It was kind of this final-straw moment where I had lost all sense of hope and safety.”

The actress says that Manson was very controlling of all aspects of her life, from her sleep schedule, to what she was allowed to wear.

“I basically felt like a prisoner. I came and went at his pleasure. Who I spoke to was completely controlled by him. I called my family hiding in the closet,” she revealed.

Bianco told The Cut that the breaking point for her in their relationship was when Manson ‘chased her around the apartment with an ax.’ She revealed that she broke up with him a month later over email.

Manson is yet to respond to the lawsuit personally, but when The Cut article was released he called the allegations “distortions of reality” in a statement posted on Instagram.
