Brooklyn band Geese will play Australia and New Zealand in February and March 2027, with their biggest headline shows in the region so far.
The Brooklyn four-piece have announced their return to Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand in February and March 2027, kicking off in Auckland at NZICC, before stops at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt and Melbourne’s Palace Foreshore, followed by Golden Plains Festival. See dates below.
Tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday, October 30th, following Sydney Opera House and QPAC Member presales from 9am on Tuesday, October 27th; artist, What’s On and QPAC Venue presales from 9am on Wednesday, October 28th; and Spotify and promoter presales from 10am on Thursday, October 29th. All times are local.
The run, presented by Handsome Tours and Laneway Presents, follows the band’s Australian headline debut in February, which included sold-out shows and a Laneway Festival run. Since then, Geese’s momentum has only grown, including winning the BRIT Award for International Group, beating HAIM, Tame Impala, Turnstile and HUNTR/X. They also recently made their Saturday Night Live debut, with frontman Cameron Winter featured in a skit, have played NPR’s Tiny Desk, and sold out Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom and London’s Troxy.
Earlier this month, they played their biggest hometown headline shows to date at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York.
Geese’s Australian and New Zealand tour centres on their fourth studio album Getting Killed, released in September 2025 through Partisan Records. Winter also released a live solo album of his Carnegie Hall performance earlier this month. He performed alone at the piano, playing songs from his solo debut, Heavy Metal.
The concert also received the film treatment, which was directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Paul Thomas Anderson. Rolling Stone called the film one of the best concert movies ever made. “Anderson’s collaboration with this gifted young man nails the one thing that every great concert movie tries to give to those who could not be there for the original moment,” the review reads. “It does not just put you inside the theatre. It makes you feel like you’re inside the music.

“It’s incredible to think that Winter is producing this high calibre of work, both on his own and with Geese, at just 23 years of age. This brilliant performance, which earns Winter an enthusiastic standing ovation, gives the overwhelming impression that there are even better things to come from a songwriter who is proving himself to be one of his generation’s finest.”
