Recorded with Band of Horses’ Bill Reynolds in the snow-covered mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, Jordan Wilson and Ben Riley – the Sydney duo behind Georgia Fair – have delivered upon the promise of 2010’s Times Fly EP with an evocative, winsome debut album
With their organic, low-key harmonies and sophisticated, acoustic folk-pop, All Through Winter is an album which immediately announces itself as one of 2011’s most anticipated local offerings.
Having toured with the likes of Washington, Daniel Lee Kendall and Lisa Mitchell, Georgia Fair are celebrating the album release on the road, as they join The Panics for the Rain on the Humming Wire tour through September and October. Rain on the Humming Wire tour reaches Wollongong, Newcastle, Sydney, Bryon Bay, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Castlemaine, Geelong and Melbourne.
