August 9 – Dope Lemon, Palais Theatre
Dope Lemon, AKA Angus Stone, AKA half of multi-award winning sibling duo Angus & Julia Stone, was a stand-out at Splendour In The Grass, and now he’s bringing his show to Palais Theatre.
Head along to gain some insight into the life of the character and album stimulus Smooth Big Cat and his foxiest furry friends.

August 10 – Snow Patrol, Palais Theatre
Snow Patrol are celebrating their longevity with a 25th anniversary project and performances in Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney as part of their Live And Acoustic tour.

August 11 – Architects, Festival Hall
Announced in February, Architects are bringing their acclaimed Holy Hell tour to Australia this August. Mosh-hungry fans in Brisbane are being treated to one of the most riff-heavy shows Victoria has seen in years from the metalcore monoliths.

August 15 – Abbey Road Live, Palais Theatre
ARC, a collective made up of Australian rock legends Kram of Spiderbait, Mark Wilson of Jet, Davey Lane of You Am I and Darren Middleton of Powderfinger, are bringing theit highly-anticipated Abbey Road Live tour to Melbourne.
The show’s will celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Beatles iconic record, Abbey Road. ARC will perform a selection of cuts from The Beatles extensive catalogue.

August 17 – half•alive, Howler
Long beach indie-pop luminaries half•alive are heading to Australia for their first ever national headline tour. The local shows come just ahead of a 21-date North American tour throughout September and October.

August 22 & 23 – The Struts, The Corner Hotel
Australia really loves its British glam rock revivalists… The Struts are set to take over Corner Hotel this month in celebration of their 2018 full-length Young & Dangerous, out now via US label Interscope.
Having opening for legends like The Rolling Stones, The Who, Guns’n’Roses, Foo Fightersand Motley Crue early on in their career, The Struts were destined to win over audiences with their own brand of unapologetic rock.

August 25 – GOT7, Rod Laver Arena
We’re not sure this sunburnt country’s K-Pop fans are ready for the force that is GOT7. The seven-member South Korean boy group will be hitting Rod Laver Arena on August 25 and they’re also well-known for their live show. Think martial arts tricking, flips, twists and breakdancing.

August 30 – Rich Brian, Festival Hall
Last year Rich Brian sold out his first ever Australian shows within a mater of hours; and now he’s coming back for four headline dates.
Playing his biggest theatres yet, 19-year-old Indonesian rapper Rich Brian (formerly known as Rich Chigga) is bringing his critically acclaimed tunes live and raw to Festival Hall.
