Hollow Everdaze combine a sense of ruralism with youthful exuberance to create music which is both idyllic and harsh. Their debut album, out 2nd August on eyeoneye records, was recorded at Birdland studios and produced by Lindsay Gravina (Hungry Ghost, Cosmic Psychos and Rowland S Howard).
The eight song mini album showcases the band’s ability to shift from the snarling garage tunes of their debut single ‘Selfish’ to its follow up, the haunting and ethereal ‘Ships’.
Following on from the band’s June residency in the Tote’s Cobra Bar and their upcoming Wavves/Unknown Mortal Ochestra support, Hollow Everdaze will be hitting the road throughout August to launch the self-titled album throughout VIC and NSW. They’ll be taking along label mates Contrast as special guests on all dates.
Kicking off at Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club on Friday 2nd August, Hollow Everdaze then cut a path across the country playing stages in Kings Cross, Newcastle, Canberra, Ballarat and Geelong, wowing audiences along the way and watching their fanbase swell.
