Under The Southern Stars has you covered for all your nostalgic rock needs.

The huge national festival is set to deliver one of the biggest alt-rock lineups to date, with Live, Bush, and Stone Temple Pilots heading up the 2020 edition.

Under The Southern Stars has previously been the festival to bring us huge names like Hoodoo Gurus, You Am I, Jimmy Barnes, and more. The touring fest has fostered a reputation as one of the biggest celebrations of Aussie rock around.

Now, with three classic alt-rock bands leading the charge to celebrate some major milestones, 2020 is set to be one of the biggest on record.

Live released their landmark Throwing Copper album in 1994, the record soon went on to become the 8th highest selling album in Australia in 95/96.

English alt-rock icons Bush are celebrating 25 years since the release of their debut record, Sixteen Stone, which boasts classics like ‘Everything Zen’, ‘Glycerine’, and ‘Comedown’.

Meanwhile, the iconic Stone Temple Pilots are celebrating 25 years since the release of the classic Purple record.

Watch the clip below to get primed and ready for the aforementioned three massive acts, who will be joined by Aussie icons Rose Tattoo and Melbourne’s legendary hard rockers, Electric Mary.

Is this one of the biggest ’90s alt-rock festivals to date?
