Your fav Aussie virtual music festival Isol-Aid is back for a sixth-round this weekend, with more than 25 homegrown acts to perform today (Saturday, April 25th) and another 23 performances taking place tomorrow.

The festival is turning into a weekly occurrence, with artists and labels super keen to get involved each week. Kicking off at 1pm, this weekend’s lineup is headlined by Polish Club, Dylan Joel, Bobby Alu, Gabriella Cohen and Fanny Lumsden.

As has been the case for the past couple of weeks, acts will treat viewers to a 20-minute live set via their respective Instagram accounts, before tag-teaming the next act on the lineup so you can follow across to where the party will keep pumping.

Others to perform this weekend are Grim Fawkner, Katy Steele, RVG, Sex On Toast, Spike Fuck, and Tanzer & The Huxleys.

Raida Artists, Island Records and RVG are even curating their own sub-stages of new talent you may not have heard of.

Isol-Aid #6 Lineup + Set Times:

Isol-Aid is not only about showcasing the talents of some of Australia’s brightest artists, but also about asking viewers to donate to a fundraiser set up for Support Act in an attempt to raise much-needed funds for an industry where touring has been crippled by the COVID-19 pandemic.

So please, please donate to Australia’s music support charity, if you have the means to do so. You can read more about the good work Support Act does here.

They also have a page of resources for musicians who may have been affected by coronavirus, with resources to help acts take advantage of the support made available by the government at this time.

If you want to get some bang for your buck, please also consider hitting up your favourite act’s merch page and getting your hands on that band t-shirt you’ve been meaning to buy.
