Following his recent arrest on weapons and drugs charges, Floridian rapper Kodak Black’s mug shot has been released.

When he didn’t show up to his Boston gig on Wednesday, it became apparent that Black, real name Bill K. Kapri, had gone AWOL. Fans were skeptical, left in the dark as to why the ‘ZEZE’ hit-maker wasn’t able to perform, with Kapri cancelling the concert at the last minute.

Although fans had waited for hours, and already filled the venue, it was soon revealed that he’d been arrested, on drugs and weapons charges.

According to the United States Customs & Border Protection, Kapri and two others attempted to enter US soil at the Lewiston-Queenston International Bridge. That bridge connects the United States to Canada. Kapri allegedly was trying to gain entry in a Cadillac Escalade with a short-term Californian registration.

US Customs and Border Protection also allege Kapri was the driver of the car, and upon them searching the rapper, they discovered he was carrying marijuana. After inspecting the vehicle further, Customs officials detected a Glock 9mm pistol, which was later found to be undeclared by any of the vehicle’s passengers.

Another car, a Porsche, travelled near Kapri with three occupants. The driver of that second car admitted to carrying two handguns, with a third being found in the boot of that car, alongside the discovery of more marijuana.

According to TMZ reports, a law enforcement source described one of the weapons as an ‘AK-style handgun with a 30-round magazine’. The source said “It looks like an AK, but it’s a handgun.”

The rapper is reportedly being held in custody on a $20,000 cash bond, or a $40,000 bond.

Kapri was also scheduled to play at a show in Mashantucket, which, of course, didn’t happen.
