Just 18 months on from their last tour of the country, Los Angeles rock icons L.A. Guns have announced they’re coming back to Australia in 2020.

If you’re a fan of hard rock, then there’s a good chance that you’ve bumped some L.A. Guns from time to time.

Formed in 1983 by Tracii Guns, the band gained widespread fame when they merged with Hollywood Rose to form Guns N’ Roses. However, once Tracii Guns left the group, his original band once again became a seperate outfit, going on to release their self-titled debut in 1988.

In the years since, they’ve unleashed a run of successful albums, while the band’s official name and membership changing more times than most would care to count.

However, 2007 finally saw the group make their long-overdue debut on Australian shores – a feat they would repeat in 2010 and again 2018 to great critical acclaim.

Now, with new album The Devil You Know being released back in March, L.A. Guns are set to return to Australia for a headline tour in 2020.

Kicking off in June, the group will visit Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide in as many days, with local hard rock icons The Poor joining them on all dates.
