London law enforcement have questioned Liam Gallagher about “an incident consistent with assault” that was captured on CCTV, as BBC reports.
Back in August, UK tabloid The Sun published a report claiming that Gallagher assaulted his girlfriend Debbie Gwyther. Grabbing her by the throat at a London restaurant.
Following the report, Gallagher tweeted “I have never put my hands on any woman in a vicious manner.”
Firstly I have never put my hands on any woman in a vicious manner Secondly there is only 1 witch and we all know who that is as you were LG x

Gwyther also responded to The Sun’s article, calling it a “pack of lies” and “lazy, sexist nonsense”.
A spokesperson for London’s Metropolitan Police has stated “Officers are aware of footage of an incident consistent with assault believed to have taken place in August 2018,” she continued “The footage has been assessed and inquiries will be made into the circumstances surrounding the alleged incident. No specific allegations have been received at this time.”
