Disgraced shock rocker Marilyn Manson, real name Brian Warner, is facing another lawsuit. As TMZ report, a woman who was previously in a relationship with the rocker filed court documents on Friday, May 28th with the Superior court of California alleging that Manson “raped” her and subjected her to “degrading acts of sexual exploitation, manipulation, and psychological abuse.”

The plaintiff — identified as Jane Doe — claims that she met Manson at a pre-Grammy party in February 2011. The pair began a consensual relationship and Manson asked her to move in with him after two weeks.

According to the suit, Manson was “gentle and romantic at first.” As the relationship progressed, Doe alleges that Manson “demanded extremely frequent sex,” claiming that she rarely slept through the night as Manson would wake her up approximately every two hours for sex.

Doe alleges that Manson “would force [her] to have sex with him,” and she’d “pray for Warner to pass out during intercourse” so she could try to “slip away and get some sleep.” The lawsuit details that their intimate relationship increasingly became more volatile. Doe recalls one incident where Manson allegedly bit her neck “exceedingly hard,” and she feared her aunt would “bruises and other marks on her body from Warner’s physical abuse.”

Following the dissolution of the relationship, Doe alleges that she was sexually assaulted when she went to return the key to Manson’s apartment. The suit alleges that when Doe attempted to leave Manson pushed her to the floor and “with her face down on the carpet, and his hands on top of her, Warner raped Ms. Doe.”

The court document details that after the assault took place, Manson allegedly threatened to kill Doe and “bragged that he would get away with it.”

In the suit, Doe claims that Manson relayed his relationship with actress Evan Rachel Wood, and how “he had wanted to kill her.” The suit details that Manson allegedly tied Wood to a chair and aimed a gun at her.

It also references a videotape she claims Manson made her watch called “Groupie.” Doe claims that the video showed footage of a young female fan — who appeared to be a teenager — tied to a chair and “humiliated and berated” as “she cried and pled.” The lawsuit claims that a gun was visible in the video.

As Billboard report, a source close to Manson detailed that the video  “is a scripted short film shot by a crew and a famous photographer/videographer,” and that actress involved previously collaborated with Manson on ‘The Long Hard Road Out of Hell’ music video.

Doe is demanding a trial by jury and seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney fees and more. The plaintiff claims that it wasn’t until the February revelations about Manson’s misconduct that she began reflecting on her own experience with him, saying she had “repressed those memories.”

Last month, Marilyn Manson’s former assistant Ashley Walters filed a complaint with the Superior Court of Los Angeles Country alleging Manson of sexual assault, battery and harassment.

The month prior, Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco filed a lawsuit against the actor, claiming that she was sexually assaulted, whipped, and electrocuted over the course of her two-year-long relationship with the singer. As did

The reckoning of Manson’s behaviour was sparked by a statement from Evan Rachel Wood, who took to Instagram to identify that for years Marilyn Manson had groomed and “horrifically abused” her.

“The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson,” Wood wrote on February 1st. “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission.”

Manson has vehemently denied all allegations laid against him. “Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality,” he wrote in an Instagram post. “My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”
