Swedish punk rock legends Millencolin have announced their triumphant return to Australian shores in March 2019, alongside 90s ska-punk lifers Goldfinger.

This marks Millencolin’s first trip to Australia since 2016, that celebrated the release of their epic eighth studio album True Brew. The band are gearing up to release their new album SOS on February 15th 2019, which will surely follow in the footsteps of their excellent, consistent discography.

The tour marks Goldfinger’s first trip down under in 7 years, with the band last visiting in 2012 in which they performed alongside Reel Big Fish and Zebrahead.

Each band has offered up a distinct take on punk rock, dominating in the 90s with their playful, energetic and life-affirming anthems – expect plenty of limb-flailing and abrupt circle pits to emerge

The tour kicks off in Fremantle and will wrap up on the Gold Coast, whilst also making stops across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.

Goldfinger’s John Feldman was recently spotted in the studio with everyone’s favourite scuzz-punk luminaries, Dune Rats earlier this year, so don’t get too surprised when the band’s next album heavily features jaunty trombone solos and brassy-breakdowns.
