Having sold-out their 2018 event, and featured huge headliners such as Wolfmother, Nick Oliveri, and Bob Log III in the past, Mojo Burning has continued their goal to promote and solidify the national blues, rock, and psych scene, dropping its 2019 lineup today.
Back for its sixth – and largest – year, Brisbane’s Mojo Burning has set itself apart as one of the finest celebrations of blues, rock, and psych music in Australia. Now, the festival has unveiled a lineup that is set to appeal to music fans of all walks of life.
With 30 bands, spreading across three stages, and held over 12 hours, Mojo Burning is a huge experience, delivering an audio/visual overload featuring some of the biggest local and international acts, delivered in the comfort of Brisbane’s Hamilton Hotel.
Kicking off the 2019 edition of Mojo Burning is none other than Greece’s 1000mods, who will be bringing their massive stoner-rock sound to their eager Aussie audience next year. With three albums under their belt, and citing the likes of Kyuss and Black Sabbath as influences, you can be sure they’ll fit right in on the Mojo Burning lineup.

Wollongong’s Tumbleweed also join the bill, promising a set full of the iconic fuzzed-out classics that they’re known for. Meanwhile Melbourne’s The Vasco Era will ripping into some of their iconic tracks, showing the crowd why they’ve been considered one of the best live bands in Australia.
But it doesn’t stop there though, with the likes of Lachy Doley, Hobo Magic, Whoopie Cat, Claude Hay , Rick Dangerous & The Silkie Bantams, and South Australia’s Filthy Lucre also set to blow crowds away.
