UPDATE: Manchester Police have arrested a man at the Manchester Arena. There are conflicting reports of how many deaths occurred, with police confirming at least 20 at this stage.
A number of deaths have been confirmed after bombs reportedly went off at Manchester Arena during an Ariana Grande concert.
Footage and first-hand reports are flooding social media, with witnesses claiming “loud noises” which they believe to be either gunfire or explosions of some kind.
