Scottish post-hardcore pranksters Mogwai have announced that they’ll have a new album out for Valentine’s Day in Europe on their own Rock Action label and it’ll come out th following day in North America on the legendary Sub Pop label. Already in the running for ‘Album Title of 2011’ it’s going to be called Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will, and sees the band reunited with producerPaul Savage who twiddled the studio desk knobs for the band’s celebrated effort Young Team. They’re embarking on an epic world tour in January which sees them playing a gig in Tokyo on 2nd February, and with approximately ten days free around then  – could this see them added to the Laneway Festival?
