New Gods Album Launch Dates

Melbourne’s New Gods will play launch shows in Sydney and Melbourne this December in support of their independently released debut LP Beloved. Taking the best of 90s indie rock gods like Pavement and Pixies, filtering it through the tape-warp hallmarks of hypnagogic pop, Beloved is the unique result. New Gods’ debut album was released online as ‘digital cassette’ (available here), accompanied by a handwritten track list and a series of photographs .  Led by songwriter (and ex-Little Red member) Dominic Byrne, Beloved has earned New Gods a nod in the 9th Annual Coopers AMP, with the band locking in two special album launch shows for this December, tickets are available for $12 on the door in Sydney and Melbourne.
