The Paradise Music Festival 2013 lineup has landed, announcing a killer list of young and emerging Australian talent to play across the three days and two nights of the event.

This year’s Paradise, taking place over the weekend of the 29th November to the 1st December, will take place at the Lake Mountain Alpine Resort near Marysville, with a host of over 40 acts headed to the picturesque location, nestled up in the regional alpine forest with views of the Victorian Alps and Great Dividing Range.

Heading the list of bands on the Paradise Music Festival 2013 lineup is Sydney rockers Glass Towers, currently riding the buzz of their Halcyon Days album, the exquisite electronica of Elizabeth Rose, Brisbane pop rock outfit Millions, bearded production wiz Oisima, a DJ set from the incomparable audio/visual splicers Naysayer & Gilsun, and the glorious Australiana kitsch of Client Liaison.

Also on the Paradise Music Festival 2013 lineup is an impressive mix of homegrown favourites that runs a full mile of musical styles, from the curated electronic-leaning sounds of I’lls, to the big band soul pop of Animaux, eclectic dance-funk-punk starters NO ZU, indie rock from Them Swoops, the soulful squeeze of Donny Benét, the experimental Electric Sea Spider, the rock assault of The Demon Parade, the lush production of Leaks and LUCIANBLOMKAMP, and plenty more.

In addition to a scintillating weekend of exciting new music, patrons will be offered the chance to take advantage of side-attractions at Paradise 2013 such as mountain biking tracks, a tube run, overhead flying fox, and a laser-tag skirmish course.

The first round of early bird tickets for Paradise 2013 go on sale via www.paradisemusic.com.au from Thursday 12th September. Prices range from $88.00 for an event-only ticket, to $116.00 for an event ticket plus on-site camping.

With a unique setting, a cutting edge lineup, and vibrant extra-curricular activities, Paradise Music Festival 2013 looks set to fulfil the promise of its namesake.
