Anyone who’s read Slash’s biography knows that Gunners frontman Axl Rose got pretty loose at times back in the day, but it’s impressive to see that the 55-year-old is still able to carry a party on until the sun pokes its head over the horizon.
Even more noteworthy is that the 77-year-old Tom Jones was right there with him the entire way when, as The Sun reports, London police were called in to put a stop to a bar party the pair were hosting when it ran all the way to 6am on Sunday morning.
The bar manager first made officials wait outside for a while, and tried to placate them by turning the music off, but apparently the party was still ridiculously loud regardless. The bar then tried to argue that it was a private function, but that didn’t fly, and Axl & Co. had to call it a night as the locals in the surrounding area were waking up for their morning papers.
Judging by the photos snapped as Rose left, the singer wasn’t happy about it.
