Today we have the pleasure of premiering ‘Stranger’ the debut single from upcoming Gold Coast indie rockers TH’FIKA. Exploring the feelings of what it’s like to become a stranger in somebody else’s eyes, it’s a brooding response of disappointment and anger to a one sided relationship.

According to the band originally the single was never meant to be a song for the band but an emotional vent to gain closure, but when Michael heard Lily sing stranger in its raw essence he could feel her pain. They re-wrote the song from two perspectives; a back and forth argumentative song. It’s this chemistry between the members that makes TH’FIKA such a fascinating duo.

Check out the single below and if you like what you’re hearing be sure to visit the band’s Facebook page for more info on upcoming shows and releases.
