Our WA brothers and sisters are producing some incredible music at the moment and Anna O is no exception. Her sound could be described as the Australian-born lovechild of james Blake and Jessie Ware.
Anna released her debut EP When The Winter Came in April this year, her latest single off the release ‘Hibernation’ has just dropped and in June, Anna O is heading east.
She’ll playing shows throughout NSW and VIC, ending on a bang in her home state supporting Bec Laughton’s tour before hitting the road again to support Bonjah’s WA tour in August.
If the momentum gathered in 2014 is anything to go by, two things are clear. This fiery indie-pop maven doesn’t disappoint. And, if you haven’t heard of Anna O, you soon will.
