Are you a record collector that is a little too obsessed with crazy coloured vinyl? We may have just done you a (dis)service in revealing an insane website of wacky wax.
As pointed out by the guys at Fact Mag, there’s an online archive entitled Coloured Vinyl Records which has over 50 pages of beautifully detailed pieces of vinyl, with accompanying links to the likes of Discogs where one can (hopefully) purchase the record.
The site has an overwhelming amount different artists and genres, with a taste of pretty much everything from newer albums from Mac DeMarco, Pallbearer, Graveyard and Title Fight, as well as dancefloor fillers like Diplo and Depeche Mode, not to mention classics like Nirvana, Joy Division, Tool, Pink Floyd, Public Enemy – just to name a very short few.
What’s even better is that there’s also a strong presence of Aussie music listed on the website, including The Preatures and The Smith Street Band.
As music lovers, we have to say we’re a little nuts for records, we almost lost our minds when it was revealed that you can now borrow from the world’s largest record collection and were definitely shocked at how much the most expensive record sold for on Discogs earlier this year.
