Balenciaga has unveiled its latest capsule collection, a collaboration with German heavy metal provocateurs Rammstein.

Collaborations between luxury labels and musicians are no new feat, though never in this lifetime did we anticipate a $1000 Rammstein fanny pack being willed into existence. For Balenciaga devotees, the latest capsule should come as no real surprise — creative director Demna Gvasalia is a noted Rammstein fan, and has frequently been spotted donning the band’s merch.

The capsule features a number of pieces, including a $1,400 “boxy” hoodie, a $1000 fanny pack, and an eye-watering $3,100 raincoat. The majority of the pieces are emblazoned with the same 1998 portrait of Rammstein, taken by Gottfried Helnwein.

Balenciaga called upon three die-hard Rammstein fan — Helena, Mona, and Torsten — to model the collection. The three were photographed in their own homes by artist Patrick Welde, surrounded by their trove of Rammstein merchandise, and clad in Balenciaga drip.

You can find the entire collection here, unfortunately, most of it has already been snatched up.

The collection is a celebration of the Balenciaga Apple Playlist series. Demna Gvasalia previously unveiled his own “Demna’s Playlist”, which featured the likes of Radiohead, The Fugees, Sade and Rammstein. Now, Balenciaga — official curators on Apple Music — have tapped the metal legends to put together a playlist of their own. Unveiled on April 14th, the playlist features the likes of Lana Del Rey, Arctic Monkeys, Placebo and Sharon Van Etten. You can listen to it here.
