Canberra’s electro-pop prodigal sons SAFIA hit up triple j’s Like A Version this morning to deliver a haunting Queens of the Stone Age cover.

The band tackled Queens of the Stone Age’s iconic track ‘No One Knows’, the result is bloody gorgeous. Check it out below.

The Like A Version performance prefaces the release of the band’s highly anticipated second album, Story’s Start or End, which is set to drop on Friday August 9th. To celebrate the release of the album, the band will be hitting the road for a national tour. You can find all the tour dates below.

Last month, it was revealed that Queens of The Stone Age enlisted the help of legendary rockers ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons and Dave Grohl on their new record.

“Just one month ago I was making a record with Queens Of The Stone Age”, Gibbons revealed in an interview with eonmusic “and Dave Grohl was also taking part and he decided to have a big barbecue.”
