The Simple Plan Australian tour 2012 has added far North Queensland dates to the tour after fans from Mackay and Townsville bombarded social media to get the pop punk rockers to travel up north.
Adding to this highly anticipated tour, the boys will now be visiting Mackay and Townsville on their upcoming run of East Coast shows.
Gold Coast fans were quick off the mark with the Southport RSL show already sold out and the rest of the tour also selling incredibly quickly.
Showing dedication to their enthusiastic and devoted fan base, Simple Plan have toured everywhere from the Philippines to Brazil bringing their high energy live show to thousands across the globe.
Simple Plan’s drummer Chuck Comeau shared the band’s excitement about their upcoming Australian tour with The Newcastle Herald,
‘‘Every time we come back there is something new we discover and there are always good times no matter what.’’
