Footage of the frontman of punk band Social Distortion beating up a Trump supporter has emerged.

The alleged attack occurred on July 17th at Ace of Spades in Sacramento, as CBS13 reports. Concertgoer Tim Hildebrand has claimed that Ness turned the show “political” by speaking out against Donald Trump. Hildebrand responded by sticking his middle finger in the air as “protest”.

“I stood pretty much with my silent protest with my middle finger up for the next two songs, I pretty much said, ‘I paid for your music, not your politics.’”

Ness then called him to the front of the crowd, heckled him and then physically confronted him. It has been reported that Hildebrand left the show with two black eyes, a busted lip, a concussion and a nearly knocked out tooth.
