There’s yet another iteration of the lastest St. Vincent project, Masseduction, heading our way folks, and this one is going to be a collection of stunning remixes, chosen with a little help from Nina Kraviz.
Nina Kraviz Presents Masseduction Rewired will bring to the table 21 brand new tracks, all remixes of the 13 original songs from Annie Clark’s (St. Vincent) 2017 album, plus ‘Fast Slow Disco’, which is the sped-up version of album cut ‘Slow Disco’ released last year.
Kraviz is set to remix only a few songs on the project, while enlisting the help of artists we have grown to love over the years, including Laurel Halo, Jlin, Fred P, Mala and Midland.
Kraviz has already released her contributed vocal mix of ‘New York’, a ‘dubbed out’ mix of the original track with the same name. Hear the first, haunting track below:
The remix album arrives December 13 via Loma Vista. It will also be released in an eight-track vinyl LP format, and as three vinyl EPs.
