Margaret River’s absolute finest Stillwater Giants have been pricking ears and captivating hearts of late – well the ones that listen to the radio at least – with their stunning single ‘Fly Under The Radar’.
The four have indulged a visual side for the track and are now proud to release an accompanying video for the single, just as they’re about to hit the road nationally with Melbourne rockers The Delta Riggs.
Typifying their faultless three-part harmony-driven coastal dream-pop rock, ‘Fly Under The Radar’ virtually sounds like waves crashing on a West Australian coastline near midnight, while the video offers a different, equally inspiring scene that depicts a young African boy’s journey throughout East Africa. In real life, the video was shot on location in Tanzania and the young star himself is the top brain of his year.
On the live front, the band has played Future Music and Parklife festivals as well as shows alongside the likes of Regurgitator, Ball Park Music, Last Dinosaurs, New Navy, The Rubens, Van She and Parachute Youth as well as snaring a coveted spot on triple j’s Next Crop list for 2013. They’ll be hitting the road with The Delta Riggs throughout April, playing all dates on the tour across the nation.
