Secret Sounds have unveiled a brand new live music series, Supper Club, set to enmesh the hospitality and music worlds.
Supper Club is part of the Sydney Solstice program. The series will see a number of themed nights, soundtracked by the most beloved names in Australian music and paired with a truly scrumptious degustation.
The program will kick off next month, with the likes of Archie Roach, Donny Benet, CLYPSO and Dirty Hats all tapped to perform.
The first event take place on Thursday, June 10th at Mary’s Underground. Archie Roach will collaborate with revere chef Mark Olive on ‘Music and Food For The Soul’. Attendees will be treated to a menu of Australian Indigenous Cuisine, paired with songs and stories from Archie Roach.
On Saturday, June 12th Donny Benet and Fabbrica Pasta Shop head chef Tony Stansfield will take over Mary’s Underground for an “Dinner At Nonna’s”, an Italian feast that’ll surely have you lost in the sauce. Mangia! Mangia!
If you’re a stickler for hors d’oeuvres, CLYPSO and Ten Hats will join forces with a slew of Sydney hospo big wigs, Anna Ugarte-Carral (The Old Fitz, Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year 2020), Elizabeth Mitchell (Alberto’s Lounge), Ella Stening (Native Drops) and Maddison Costello (Sidehustle DJs) on a brunch for the ages. Set to kick off at a surprise venue on Sunday, June 13th.
Last but not least, beloved Goodgod Small Club (RIP) restaurant The Dip will return for one night only — in celebration of its 10th anniversary. DJ’s Nina Las Vegas, HOOPS, Joyride will take you into the night.
