One of Australia’s most celebrated and favourite live acts, The Cat Empire have announced their return to national stages, set to provide electrifying festival vibes and evenings of unadulterated joy to punters once again.
The band who’ve spent the last two months recording new music will embark on the jaunt after their ‘long service leave’ from touring, so it’s fair to say fans will be pretty eager to indulge in the band’s classics as well as well known gems.
The tour kicks off in Adelaide this June and will finish off in December in Fremantle, where they’ll be headlining the ‘Cat Empire Carnivale’ with a slew of other Aussie acts.
To warm crowds up, the band will be bringing along star on the rise Odette, who managed to nab the #56 on triple j’s Hottest 100 in January with the track ‘Watch Me Read You’.
