This ‘thenewno2’ track is primarily hip hop with some electronic influences as well, sounding a little like Just Jack with a featured rap artist. Dhani Harrison’s vocals do sound somewhat ethereal and the lyrics are relatively political in nature. The band’s forthcoming EP entitled EP002 will be out late September with a follow up album sometime in 2012. Rumour has it there’ll be a feature track with Regina Spektor too.
