We’re now four days into December so it’s officially Christmas season, and to get you in the mood – local rockers Third Earth have scribed a very moving ode to this great holiday.
Last year Third Earth recorded a Christmas album titled Christmas is Coming, which featuring a whole bunch of legendary Melburnians including special guests Jo Syme (Big Scary), Jack Parsons (The Pretty Littles) and Sarah-Rose (Dash). Now they’re back at it again in 2015 with this single and an accompanying music video entitled ‘Christmas Around the World’.
Third Earth singer Jamie Famularo explained the message behind the song: “Christmas Around the World” is our biggest song production wise to date. It’s about the fact that although we all celebrate (or don’t celebrate) Christmas differently, spending a day with family and friends is pretty much always a good thing”.
