British indie-pop royalty Two Door Cinema Club have unleashed a new music video for their track ‘Satellite’. ‘Satellite’ is the second single off of their forthcoming studio record, False Alarm, which is set to drop on Friday, June 21st through Prolifica Inc / [PIAS].

The video is an ode to the fantastically kitsch era of Space Age, we’ve heard rumours that Stanley Kubrick has gone into hiding because 2001: A Space Odyssey pales in comparison to this pièce de résistance.

The clip features the three-piece being projected into space and references everything from Star Wars to Battlestar Galactica. It’s a real visual treat. Check it out below.

“We had a wonderful script to work with and the luck of working with Eoin Glaister on this video. It was great fun shooting aliens and licking their heads!!” the band shared in a statement.

False Alarm is the first record we’ve received from the band since 2016’s Gameshow. Two Door Cinema Club produced it alongside Jacknife Lee, who has previously worked with U2, REM and The Killers. So you know it’s destined to be a devastatingly gorgeous listen. Check out the full tracklist below.
