It’s not long to go now until Vance Joy finally returns with his sophomore album Nation of Two – the long-awaited follow-up to his world-conquering debut album dream your life away back in 2014 – and he’s just released a brand new track, the cheery singalong anthem ‘Saturday Sun’.
In keeping with much of his best work, it’s about as hopeful a tune as you could reasonably ask for, dripping with the optimism of a young romantic as Vance proclaims his new love to the sun over bright acoustic and a swelling horn section.
