The nations favourite rock dads are back with a blistering new track. Violent Soho have unleashed their second offering of the year, ‘Vacation Forever’.

Last week, the Mansfield rockers surprised fans with a gorgeous acoustic ditty, ‘A-OK’.  Now, they’re back with a scorching new track that is essentially one massive “ok boomer” call to arms. It is nothing short of glorious.

There’s a baby boomer across the street and it won’t stop staring at me / Cause they all want the good life, but I just want to breathe”.

‘Vacation Forever’ was written during a time where vocalist Luke Boerdom was at his parent’s house, after a major upheaval in his life I guess lyrically I’m trying to describe a certain frustration. No matter what I did in life I always ended back there.” Listen to the track below.

Listen: ‘Vacation Forever’ – Violent Soho

The track has brought us the closure we needed after a mysterious building on Punt Road in Melbourne emblazoned with  “There’s a Baby Boomer across the street, and it won’t stop staring at me,” and “Violent Soho”.

2020 will mark four years since the band released their last album, the brilliant WACO.

You can catch Soho at Good Things Festival later this year.
